Most property apps let anyone publish anything. Here a listing goes into a review queue first, and an enquiry reaches our team rather than a stranger's phone.
STEP TWO
We review it
Usually within three to four hours. Anything unclear goes back to the seller with a note. Only then does it appear in search.
STEP THREE
Enquiries come to us
A buyer's enquiry reaches our team on WhatsApp, and we make the introduction. Sellers never get a stranger calling them at ten at night.
